Further offers

More is more.

In addition to the services that we offer with our own personnel and know-how, we round off our range with cooperation agreements and environmental factors. This enables us to further increase the attractiveness of BioCampus for users.

For the physical well-being of your employees, the Campus-Restaurant offers a rich selection of breakfast, snacks and lunch. This is complemented by a mobile breakfast trolley, which offer various snacks at two locations on campus every day to round off the range.

Childcare facilities

Two childcare facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of the BioCampus to ensure the compatibility of work and family life: The private bilingual (German and English) kindergarten MyDagis (www.mydagis.de) is located in the immediate vicinity of the BioCampus on the grounds of the Kappelshof.
The institution offers children from 4 months to 6 years an individual support based on Scandinavian concepts. This also includes forest days, cultural programme, yoga as well as music and art education. The small ones are fed with organic and regional products.
The Rolf Lappe Kindergarten is also located in the neighbouring district of Bocklemünd. Among other things, it offers a year-round care facility, very dedicated staff, various functional rooms that encourage children to become active as researching and learning beings, and its own forest area for elementary nature experiences.

Surroundings Bocklemünd

In addition to the services on the BioCampus site, the companies located here also benefit from the grown structures of the Bocklemünd district of Cologne. Not only the surrounding supermarkets and drugstores help your employees to use their way to work for shopping, but also a post office, a pharmacy and several hairdressers enable them to use their way to work sensibly.

Local traffic

Line 3 connects the BioCampus Cologne directly with the train stations Ehrenfeld, Köln-West and Messe/Deutz and thus provides an optimal connection. The Neumarkt junction, where the central subway lines meet, is also served directly.

Belvedere recreation area

Close to the BioCampus, those who seek relaxation in the great outdoors will find a good opportunity: the Belvedere Landscape Park. (The park is named after the neighbouring Belvedere railway station, which is one of the oldest railway station buildings in Germany.) The landscape park is home to woodland, lawns, cereal fields and orchards. Viewing platforms provide a beautiful view of the silhouette of Cologne. The Max Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research, which cultivates surrounding fields, is right in the middle of this. This also includes a teaching and show garden.
